We only collect what we need to make the robots work for you. That usually means your email address (for login), basic profile info (so you know it's your account), and usage data (so we can fix bugs and improve things).

Some robots may ask for extra details — like handicap info in Easy-Score or sales activity in Sales Tracker. That's stored securely and only used for the job you gave it to us for.

Your data lives behind industry-standard encryption, both in transit and at rest. We use trusted hosting and authentication providers who take security as seriously as we do.

We don't store passwords in plain text. We don't share your info with third parties for advertising. And we definitely don't sell it — that's not our business model, and it never will be.

You can access, update, or delete your account and data at any time. If a robot has an export feature, you can take your data with you. If it doesn't, drop us a line and we'll sort it out.

You're in control. If you want to know exactly what we have on you, just ask — we're a small shop, so you'll probably get a reply from the same person who built the thing.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active, or as long as we need it to provide the service. If you delete your account, we remove your personal info within a reasonable timeframe — usually 30 days.

Some anonymised usage stats might stick around longer, but only in a form where no one can identify you. We use that to make the robots better, not to track you.

We use cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. That's about it. No creepy cross-site tracking, no retargeting ads following you around the internet.

If we ever add analytics to understand how people use the site, it'll be privacy-focused and anonymised. We don't need to know your shoe size to make a better golf app.
