Delete your account & data
You own your data. If you'd like us to remove your account and everything tied to it from our robots, just ask — here's how.
How to request deletion
Send us an email from the address linked to your account so we can verify it's really you. Include the name of the robot (e.g. Easy-Score or Sales Tracker) you used.
Email privacy@artrobots.co.zaOr write to us manually at privacy@artrobots.co.za.
What gets deleted
- • Your account profile and login credentials
- • Personal info you provided (name, email, contact details)
- • App-specific data you created (scores, sales records, notes, preferences)
- • Any uploaded files or media tied to your account
Anonymous, aggregated data that can't be tied back to you may be retained for analytics. Some records (e.g. invoices) may be kept where required by law.
How long it takes
We'll confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. You'll get an email confirmation once it's done.
